Executive English Program
Designed for professionals from around the globe who are interested in intensive English training. Our Executive English Program is the ideal solution for adult professionals who want to learn English quickly and thoroughly. We have a developed curriculum structured around a series of Business English books, but as we understand that your time is valuable, we’ll also tailor the lessons to help you meet your English goals. Meet Our Faculty and learn more about their diverse professional and educational backgrounds, in addition to their English (ESL) teaching experience.
Our curriculum includes:
• Personalized Pronunciation and Accent Reduction Lessons
• Personalized grammar correction
• Weekly presentations or speeches aimed at improving mastery of the language, the lesson content and your confidence
• Inclusion of audio/visual material to supplement the lessons: TED Talks, documentaries, news or video clips
• Personalized writing practice (emails, reports, summaries)
• Relevant articles from Business Week, The Financial Times or other prominent magazines
• Listening practice based around case studies and interviews

To meet this goal, our Special Programs Coordinator will contact you before you come to the US in order to better understand your interests, goals, and level of proficiency. Once you arrive, we continue to monitor your progress and ensure that we are meeting your expectations.
The Programs
Full English Immersion Program
• 37.5 hours a week of private Business English training
• 1.5 hours of daily lunch with a teacher or LCI staff member to apply what you have learned in your class to conversation outside of class
• A different instructor every week to enhance your experience. This will allow you the opportunity to meet a wide variety of Americans and how to interact with a variety of accents, speaking speeds, teaching styles and personalities
• Personalized instruction and attention as you are the only student in the class
An Example Schedule: Typical Full Immersion
8:00-12:00 – Private Class (see here for curriculum)
12:00-1:30 – Lunch with LCI staff or faculty member
1:30-3:30 – Private Class (structured around your English language wants and needs)
Group-Private Combo Program
• 15 hours a week of private Business English training
• A different instructor every week in your private classes to enhance your experience. This will allow you the opportunity to meet a wide variety of Americans and how to interact with a variety of accents, speaking speeds, teaching styles and personalities
• Personalized instruction and attention as you are the only student in your afternoon class
• 20 hours of group classes with students from around the world. This mix of group and private instruction provides you with the opportunity to interact with other professionals from around the globe

8:00am – 9:10am – Grammar
9:20am – 10:30am – Listening and Speaking
10:45 – 12:00 - Writing
12:00 – 1:00 Lunch/Free

• 34 hours a week of private Business English training
• A different instructor every week to enhance your experience. This will allow you the opportunity to meet a wide variety of Americans and how to interact with a variety of accents, speaking speeds, teaching styles and personalities
• Personalized instruction and attention as you are the only student in the class
• Daily lunch (1.5 hours) with a teacher or LCI staff member
• 5 hours a week of excursions in and around Denver accompanied by an LCI instructor. These excursions include lunch and will give you an opportunity to not only explore American culture, but also to apply your English to situations outside of the classroom. Note: You will receive private classes but will go on excursions as a group if there are other students enrolled in the program at the same time.
